The Senior Director for Treatment Services provides consultation, training, and technical assistance to direct care staff and case managers regarding engagement, and agency executive leadership, child-centered, trauma-informed caregiving techniques based on client custom needs. The Senior Director for Treatment Services directs, supervises and coordinates the clinical services offered on the Waco campus and the MCH Boys Ranch. The Athletic Trainer is responsible for monitoring the health of student-athletes and providing coverage for practices, games and competitions. The Athletic Trainer provides treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries and referral to other medical professionals when needed. The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Athletics Director in coaching the athletic teams as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
