The Senior Director for Treatment Services serves as the agency’s clinical leader and acts as the treatment director, reporting to the Vice President for Programs. This position provides strategic and operational leadership and supervises assigned clinical therapists and is responsible for managing, evaluating, assessing, and providing direction to the treatment teams on services that clients require as a part of their plan of service. This position requires knowledge of administrative and clerical systems as well as word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software. This position serves as the receptionist for the office/department, and it involves frequent contact with consumers, agency employees, other agencies, vendors and visitors. This position requires interacting with others in a professional and courteous manner.
